You will often be asked to create sketchnotes in response to certain readings and other artifacts.
Drawing visual notes, or sketchnotes, is a form of information visualization, taking the information presented in a work and synthesizing it into visual form. Creating them is a great way to internalize and synthesize information; you digest the information through drawing it.
You should use a physical notebook to create sketchnotes. You must use a handheld pencil or pen-like implement to create your sketchnotes.
Grading on sketchnotes is based on completeness and thoughtfulness (in other words, synthesizing the reading to contribute to your project). Other than legibility of handwriting, sketchnotes are not graded on how “pretty” they look.
